mode 32~932.jpg

What, exactly, does MODE 32~932 mean? 32 degrees to 932 degrees?
Is 932 degrees the max. temperature the drone can read?

I'm not sure what you're trying to do, but the picture is really funny. Do you allow me to use it in classroom?

The image is casual because it is the stereotype of the novice who thinks he can measure anything in any condition.

I'll elaborate a bit if a thermal novice comes across the thread, in this case there is absolutely no chance of measuring the temperature emitted by the combustion of gases.
The measured value is most likely that of the screen, or worse, if the screen has a shiny coating, the temperature of the ceiling which is reflected.

Assume much.

The "image" is from my TV and am not attempting to "measure" anything but merely asking what "MODE 32~932" meant.

80 hours of IR training in two separate courses. Using IR for 10 years. You are why some folks are afraid of asking questions.

Never ass-u-me.

I should have not given you the solution.
Your years of experience do not exempt you from reading the manual.

Your arrogant reply is why many here don't ask questions. Please tell me you are not a teacher.

I don't understand why you started this drama. I'm not arrogant, It is not me who is displaying the number of hours I've followed, nor my number of years of experience. That seems like arrogance to me,  even if I don't hold it against you.

Especially since you were absolutely not targeted.

I persist, perhaps rephrasing, the photo you posted is interesting because it is a support that shows everything that we cannot do with IR.
You must know that, given your number of hours of training, because in principle we start learning thermal imaging there. My point stops there.

I find your overreaction inappropriate.

Also, please note that not all forum users are native English language users. What may seem arrogant to you, may not be so to me. Sorry if you felt offended, that was not the intention.

The reaction I expected was not this one, but rather that of a confirmed user who would have approved the point.

It does not matter, have a nice day.
