I expected to have customizable stick configurations highly priced drone with only a mier 3 different options for controls the control configurations are like playing an fps game with up and down aim on separate toggle to left and right aiming please release a firmware update that fixes
This problem im that annoyed about this i might pull apart the controller to try fix my self but if i fail might be throwing it through one of your stores window seriously i paid good money for a frustrating experience im very mad about this

Hi, there
Thanks for your informaiton.
Kindly remind you that the customizable control stick is not supported on Avata. Only Mode 1, Mode 2, and Mode 3 are supported.
Could you please tell us which feature do you request for?

I bought an avata 1 fpv controller 2 and goggles 2 I'm just not happy with either of the 3 options for stick controlls. its like playing an fps game but you have to aim left and right on separate toggle than up and down many of us want to be able to throttle and roll on one side while turning and pitch on the other gives a feeling closer to aiming on a fps game. and with gaming background it's much better feeling to fly that way please make a software update that allows this or give us option to fully customize our own controlls would be much appreciated

Hi Raymond.
We would like to confirm with you, do you want throttle and roll to be controlled on one side, and pitch and yaw to be controlled on the other side? If so, Mode 1 is such a control mode.
If we have misunderstood, please point it out.

Would like pitch and yaw to be on right while throttle and roll on left for a more similar experience to aiming in a game

I strongly disagree the Avata 1 is a very good drone that gives excellent performances yet easy to control even kids can control it. The three issues that it has are limited battery life, inability to do 360 loops and when it's windy the drone stays in angle and as result the video or photos are diagonal. One more thing is that the SD sits behind the propellers.  I understand that Avata 2 is better and solved these problems. Also, I wish that there was option to automatically rotate the camera so even if the drone stays in wind in an angle the camera will stay parallel to ground. Even manually rotation will be great.  The current gimbals only goes up and down but can't be rotated.

Hi there. Have you ever had any battery issues with Avata? If so, please let us know so we can analyze it further.
Please note that the Max Wind Speed Resistance of DJI Avata is 10.7 m/s (Level 5).
