“Terrible experience with DJI’s customer service and logistics. I provided all required documentation for a replacement drone, only to be told the serial number showed it was sold in Poland—despite the drone being in my kitchen. DJI refused to take responsibility for their flawed processes and deemed my valid order number ‘invalid.’ No resolution was offered. Completely unacceptable and disappointing from a company of this size.” |
