My Mavic 2 Pro asks me to calibrate the compass every flight, Is this normal? Even when I have already calibrated and come in for a battery change.
I have checked to verify firmware is up to date. The only thing i have not done is calibrate vision.

May we confirm if you are referring to the Mavic 3 Pro and RC remote controller?
If so, after powering on the remote controller, swipe down from the top of the screen to access the drop-down menu, and then tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to open System Settings.
Enter the Compass Calibration screen. Tap the Start Calibration button on the screen and complete the calibration as prompted.

If the Mavic 2 compass calibration fails, please check if the following issues occur:
1. The electromagnetic interference is relatively strong.
2. The compass hardware is damaged.
It is recommended to calibrate again in another environment. If the calibration still fails, please send it back to us for inspection.

It does not fail every. This task just has to be performed prior to each flight

Hi there. We suggest you change to an open and unobstructed environment to see if there will be a prompt for compass calibration.
If the problem persists, please let us know so that we can analyze it further.
