I have both Power 500 and a Power 1000. In both cases they were down to 6-8% when I turned them off. Neither will take an AC or DC charge. If I turn on I get 3 beeps and nothing.

If the DJI Power series cannot be fully charged, you can try the following methods to resolve the issue:

1. If using AC power for charging, please ensure sufficient charging time.
2. If using solar power for charging, please ensure sufficient sunlight.
3. If using a car charging cable, please ensure a stable power supply of the vehicle.
4. Ensure that the charging environment temperature is within the norm.
