Chaps,
I spoke to a UK lawyer today who closely followed my woes with DJI. He seems to think being without a product for so long , and a product with such a chequered reliability, can be redressed through the courts or via the consumer credit act.
Quite what that means i dont know, but i asked him to look into it for me. He's getting back to me when he's had a proper chat with his colleagues. Might amount to nothing or might lead to a refund.
