I ordered on 12/23 and delivery was supposed to be on 12/26. Since then I have contacted customer service for them to keep telling me I’ll be contacted in 24 hours. It’s been 4 days and NOTHING! Is anyone else dealing with this? It just says label created and that package hasn’t even been sent to carrier. I thought DJI was supposed to have excellent customer service but I am extremely disappointed.

Dji gave ups the wrong contact information for me so I could not submit importer documentation. What are the chances I actually see my orders?

I did but when I clicked the link that said they needed information it said they didn’t need anything.
