I bought my action 5 in different country and i had the door problem,
so i contact dji and they told me they dont have international warrenty, so they wont able to supply me a new door, i had to order new one from Ali and thats how it performes vs the originial one.as you can see it doesnt open without pushing the button, but there is still a small gap.

Well, its good that you sorted out the door issue, but that response from DJI is simply unacceptable.
If Dji cant provide international warranty, they shouldnt be allowed to sell in your country.
That is just wrong.

Sorry to hear, DJI should have at least offered a door to you at cost. you basically bought the door from DJi but just from a supplier

At this point I'd be nervous dunking the camera under water with ANY door attached - original or a replacement!

Exactly what i felt so i got a diving case,
Diving case for 1 meter snorkeling , well done dji !
Last dji product for sure…
Without even to mention the bad image quality

Just gonna deal with what I got    glad  rain is only thing that hits the camera

Yeh rain would be OK - it's dunking under water fully that is the issue it seems.

Our smartphones have that usb C protection waterproofness too  where that would have given the customer added protection in  a 1 meter range ,if the door failed but further   depths no
