I’m having charging problems with mic II and would like to know how to get repair service.

Is it the system status indicator on the DJI Mic 2 Transmitter that shows green, but the receiver screen does not display the charging status of the transmitter or does the DJI Mic 2 receiver fail to be charged when it is inside the charging case? RX will not charge in the box and if charged outside the box then placed in the box, it discharges. Can’t tell if the TX is connected or not.

Hi there. We recommend you try these steps:

1. Check whether a mobile phone adapter is mounted to the receiver. If yes, remove the adapter and check whether the receiver can be charged inside the charging case.

2. If the receiver can be charged inside the charging case, remove the adapter or ensure that the adapter is properly installed. If the charging still fails, send the device back for further evaluation: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index
