Yes it’s the osmo action 5 pro. And it won’t detect in the Mimo app but only when wired connected. Detects card fine when wireless
Hi there. Please try the following steps:
If the mobile phone supports WLAN+/WLAN Assistant, please disable the WLAN+/WLAN Assistant to prevent the mobile phone system from switching to Wi-Fi automatically, and try to connect again. You can tell us your phone brand so that we can help you better.
1. Confirm whether the device has been activated. If not, please activate it. If trial times are used up, you will be unable to change camera settings. If you cannot activate the device because the device fails to connect to DJI Mimo, please tell us so that we can analyze it further.
2. Make sure the DJI Mimo app has been updated to the latest version.
3. Enable all permissions (esp. location /GPS) for the DJI Mimo App.
4. On the device, go to System Settings - Wireless Connection - Reset Wi-Fi Connection
5. Check the region where you are located and the mobile phone model to check that the Wi-Fi frequency is supported by the corresponding mobile phone or in the corresponding region (the frequency that a mobile phone supports can be checked on the Specs on the official website of the mobile phone brand). Then, on the device, go to: Settings - Wireless Connection - select Wi-Fi Frequency according to the below instructions:
> If the current region or mobile phone model only supports the 2.4 GHz frequency, set the Osmo Action Series Wi-Fi frequency to 2.4 GHz.
> If the current region and mobile phone model supports 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz, please set it as Auto.
6. Go to Osmo Action Series Settings - Wireless Connection - Wireless Information and stay on the page. Then open the mobile phone Settings- Wi-Fi List, and check if there is a Wi-Fi name starting with "OsmoAction". Please tell us the result so that we can further analyze it. |
