No problem at all.  I had to put up with gulls flying over my boat and boat dock and using it for target practice.  I got tired of having to pressure wash off the poop so I got me a kite the shape of an owl and as long as it is flying the gulls stay away.  They also don't like the sound of a large air horn or a shotgun blast.

If an air horn doesn't scare them then I'd have to escalate to my shotgun.  That's never failed me before.

There are several companies working on drones to fire differing projectiles for military use.  That would probably work on those pesky gulls.

Like I said before I had my fill of those pesky gulls flying over and bombing my boat and dock with poop.  Between the owl kite, the air horn and my shotgun they are no longer a nuisance.

Yeah, no doubt about that.  I heard in the UK it is a privilege to own a firearm and not a right.  Here it is a right to own a firearm under the US Constitution.  Although, many Democrats are continually trying to take that right away.  I like the saying "You can have my firearm when you take it out of my cold, dead hands".

Thanks.  The week is off to a great start.  During a dive this week I found a small cannonball.  I think it was probably used in a saluting cannon.  It was totally encrusted and was heavy.  After I got it cleaned up a bit I found out it is a heave stone ball.  Seems to fall into the category of cannon balls used by the Spanish back in the 1700s.

I lost my trusty GoPro on a dive at the top end of Dean's Blue Hole located off the The Bahamas.  This hole is 202 meters deep and as far as I could tell the GoPro made it to the bottom.  I think the strap broke because I had checked it before the dive and it was fine.  Anyway, I haven't replace it yet as I was trying to decide between another GoPro or possibly a DJI Action camera.  As there is still a good chance all DJi products, not just drones, could be banned here within the next 12 months I'm now leaning back to GoPro.  So in the meantime I just have to make do without one.  TBH I'm not that good at photography anyway.

Yeah by law tiktok is now down to their final hours.  However, the  President elect is saying on Tuesday he may figure out a way to give them 90 more days to sale to a US company.  I don't think will ever happen as ByteDance has said the Chinese government will not let them sell it with the algorithm included.  guess they don't want anybody to find out what all data is being scooped up in the background.
