I am really enjoying my new Air 3S. The second 70mm lens is making a huge difference to my photography.

Today I tried using QuickTransfer for the first time - and it didn’t work. I followed the instructions as per the user manual. Although the DJI Fly app on my smartphone recognised the drone, they would not connect - so no QuickTransfer.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice to make it work?  And yes, all software/firmware is up to date.

Do you changed the Battery after switching off ? Please note that the quick transfer only works when the Battery not removed / reinstalled or changed after switching off.

I have fixed the problem myself by deleting the DJI Fly app from my smartphone and then reinstalling.

I have to say this isn’t the first time I have had a problem with the DJI Fly app for smartphones. I have deleted it and reinstalled it many times over the years when using it with my Mini Series drones. The conclusion I’ve come to is that the smartphone app is quite unstable and very temperamental. Yet the DJI Fly app installed on the RC2 is very stable and reliable.
