Yes it's a CubeSmart. I don't know if you have them in the UK.

Yes, they're quite common. Safestore is a well known one.

As soon as it looks good i leave.

It's nice to be able to see it from start to finish and then on to the next project.  Hopefully, a job well done will lead to referrals and more projects.  

It seems like this company keeps giving me new jobs. As soon as someone new comes in they sometimes change. Grateful for the work I'm getting.
