Great shot of the entire storage complex.    Nice to see that at least some of the nearby trees are of the evergreen variety.  

Looks like you've got some more snow coming on Monday.  

The older part does look rather worse for wear.

I wasn't sure if they wanted the older building taken. So I took it with and without.

The larger one looks in need of a refurb.

A fresh coat of paint on the older part and all will look new

Yup. And most of it on loan (what I heard at least)

So the newest is the smallest but highest.

Seems that way. Monday i am moving my office. Consolidating aand expanding. Will combine the studio and office space to a larger space within the same building.

Thats true. In the end i get more space and save money but it is in the basement.

As long as it doesn't flood in the basement having more space will be a plus.

It’s an office and photo studio.it has redundant sump pumps with battery backup.doubles my space for the same rent. The basement is the only negative.

Good to know about the pump set-up.  I had a basement flooded in a house in Chicago and I'll never forget the mess it made.
