Help, please.

I cannot get the camera and gimbal to lock into place on the gimbal lock. It seats okay but when I turn towards the lock position it binds halfway. I've mounted it without difficulty for months but now this problem.

Using a spare gimbal lock, the camera seats without difficulty, so the gimbal mount is okay...something in the gimbal lock on the quad is blocking it.

Ideas, please?
