Ordered a Phantom 3 weeks ago. DJI sent shipping information. Fed Ex has been saying "clearance in progress" in friggin China. DJI not following up or getting in touch with me. Getting very close to denying the charge with AMEX and telling DJI to stick it. Any suggestions?

You may want to give them a few more weeks, if AMEX will give you that long to file a protest.
DJI does however seem to respond to credit card companies and PayPal quicker than it ever has to me.
