DJI Home App - Check Network Connection

Attempting to log into the DJI Home App for the first time on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. No matter what I do it pops up "Check Network Connection" after I've input my e-mail address, password, and the 4 character Captcha code. I doubt it has anything to do with the DJI Power Dongle but I have updated my Power 1000 to the newest firmware and the dongle displays a green light when powered up. I can see the device in available Bluetooth connections but obviously I can't connect to it with out the App.

So far I have:

Uninstalled and reinstalled DJI Home App three times
Disabled VPN.
Attempted connection via wi-fi and cellular data.
Verified latest Android firmware on phone and cold rebooted twice.

Though I'm fairly certain the Dongle and Power 1000 are not the problem, I can't be 100% sure that "Check Network Connection" isn't refering to the bluetooth connection between the phone and the Dongle itself, so in a last ditch effort I have also:

Updated latest firmware on Power 1000 twice.
Attempted bluetooth pairing directly with Dongle.

Any clues beyond "typical DJI Android support"?

Did you get this fixed? Same problem. Called DJI support, they said it is a Home app issue on iPhones and they are working on it.I do see that you are using an android phone so probably not the solution.

Yes. Reset your DJI account password. Even though your password works (because funny how it being used to post on this forum) it doesn't until you reset it from the DJI home app. Also the app does not play well with password managers that autofill credentials, so type that new password in manually. Hope that helps, I only figured it out this morning.

Great, will try this. Again, I’ve got an iPhone so it might still be an app issue.
When you say reset, do you mean change your password through the DJI website?

Still can’t connect with iPhone 13. Everything updated including DJI Home. Can signin to DJI.com but signing into app says incorrect user name or password. Tried numerous times.
Dongle is lit, Wi-Fi icon is flashing on Power 1000 screen.

Have you tried resetting your DJI password using the link in the DJI Power app?

Resetting mine that way is what worked. I also deleted the app and reinstalled it several times.
