My phone and neo are up to date on software. I set it to circle mode, intending to have it video me putting a telescope on a telescope mount.  It circled one time and then stopped, hovering, pointing at me.  When I reviewed the video I found it recorded the first circle then stopped recording when it stopped circling. It was set to 4K 30fps.  I still have 21GB free in memory.

What should have been a 3 minute video turned out to be a 21 second one.  Why?  How do I get to keep recording until I put my hand out to land?

Thanks

Mark

no, you have to go back to your phone and turn on “ circle” and do it after every lap.....

Thanks. So "circle" means "circle one time and stop"?  Why does it stop recording video?

Functionality of some of the quick shots (circle, helix, dronie etc) is to to do one and then stop (stop the action and stop recording).  You might consider Spotlight mode for your use case for video of mounting the telescope.  Neo will stay in one place and record.  You can physically move around and the camera will rotate to follow, but the drone will remain stationary.  Doesn't give you the circle, but continues recording until you hold out your hand...
