My new DJi Mic Mini was working fine but now it will not charge or turn on. Any help please?

Itv won't let me upload a video but the unit is completely unresponsive. Nothing happens when I press the on/off button, no lights. When I connect to charging port, nothing happens. It won't switch on.

The receiver cannot connect via Bluetooth to the mimo application. Microphones connect without problems. And the receiver itself can only be connected via USB. Using a Xiaomi 13 phone and Xiaomi Pad 5, everything is useless. I immediately turn on the Osmo Action cam 3, it connects without problems. What should I do about this problem? how can I reboot the receiver, reset the settings, or how can I solve this problem?
