Hi everyone,

I recently had a minor crash with my mini 4 pro, which led to the gimbal becoming ‘stuck’. I have used my refresh options and will be sending it away to get a new one.

I was wondering:
When sending it back - can it be in a generic box? Also, do you send it back with the gimbal protector, as well as the propellor securing strap?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear what has happened with your drone. Yes, a generic box is generally acceptable. However, make sure it's a sturdy box with adequate padding to protect the drone during shipping. It's also recommended to send the aircraft back with the gimbal protector and propeller securing strap to  prevent further damage during transit.

Hope this clarifies your inquiry. Thank you for your understanding and support.
