Hello I am inquiring about Camrise in NYC and NJ. I understood they are a DJI authorized repair store. I sent my drone into them  for repair weeks ago.  Their site says they are temporarily closed and the store they said I can pick up my drone from DJI STORE at the garden state plaza mall in Nj is closed.  Their phone number goes immediately to voice mail and I have not received an email from them since they told me to pick up my drone at their Nj mall store.  I had declined their repair because their solution was a $2400 replacement Mavic 3 cine instead of repairing mine.  At this point I would just like my drone back.  Any advice?  Can you reach out to them?
