My brand new Power 1000 is stuck in "load mode."  My daughter successfully loaded the most recent firmware for the 1000, but when I went to power on the 1000, the display panle indicates the unit is till in "load mode."  In addition, the dsiplay panel (lower lefthand corner of display panel) dispicts a counter and clock icon.  When the count gets to zero, the unit beeps and resets the counter to 478...this countdown and reset to 478 repeats over and over.

Let me know what actions I should take to reset the Power 1000 unit so that it is not stuck in load mode.

It seems you didnt wait until all 6 modules are updated and try to switch on station after assistant shows the success message . try to push and hold buttons to back in load mode(try to hold buttons pressed more then time described in manual ) and try reflash it again . Also it will be great to see video or photo of the problem

I simultaneously held down both power and AC button for 90 seconds but was unable to back in load mode.  I did record a video of the display panel but the file format (.mov) isn't compatible with format types you accept for uploading.  Is there a solution to back my power 1000 into load mode?   Is there a hard reset option?
