I bought my drone a week ago. My pc detects my drone as A9 platform but when it comes to dji assistant 2, nothing appears. I tried with different pc but it resulted same way. I dont know what to do, pls help.

My drone's firmware is updated, I can update through my phone, that is not a problem. I just want to access my drone through my pc so, I can do some more configurations.

Windows 10. I tried on my windows 8.1 laptop too but still didn't work.

Anybody helps????
