I have a Mini 4 Pro that I use almost daily..
It has been doing strange things of late. And now it took a nose dive down through a large tree and into the snow. Needless to say it's got bigger issues now. I can still fly it, but the obstacle avoidance is going crazy when nothing is around, one of the arms doesn't fold in, and it's not flying smooth. I use this for business purposes. The Care Refresh Express says it's not currently working. I know they have stock with their refurbished units through their eBay store. Is it possible I could swap for one of those? If not, does anyone have any ideas as to how long it will be till Express is back? Thanks for any help.

Additional info- I purchased the Care Refresh 2 year plan when I purchased the Mini 4 Pro in 1/2024.

We recommend you to send back the aircraft for Damage Assessment and this will allow our certified technicians to fully inspect the aircraft.
