I ordered DJI Mini 4 Pro Fly More Combo (DJI RC 2) on 12/8/24 and I still have not recived the drone. It was shipped DHL first time and then sent back from Customs due to lack of paperwork fro DJI, etc. DJI then reshipped via UPS. It has been sitting in the UPS warehouse in KY in the US since 12/21/24 waiting for DJI to respond to a Customs request for a Toxic Declaration form.(they even show the partial emails of the DJI employees they sent to) I have called DJI numerous times, I have used the live website chat numerous times posting the UPS info and request. I am always told they are escalating the issue to the team to resolve the issue. I was told once by DJI that I need to respond to the Customs request. The UPS site and when I spoke to UPS that it clearly states that DJI must be the one to respond to the Customs request. UPS indicated they have emailed several times to the emails indicated on the UPS request. This ridiculous.
Is there anything else I can do? Losing my patience!!!
