Mini 4 Pro Stuck in US Customs

I ordered a Mini 4 Pro on December 16th with a scheduled delivery of December 21st.  The drone made it to Louisville, Ky on December 21st where it has been on a Customs hold for more than 2 weeks.  Has anyone else had a drone held that long that was eventually released?  I have provided all requested information and have gotten no updated status.  VERY frustrating.

Long stays in customs seems to be the norm lately for DJI drones.  I'm sure a Mod will come along soon and ask for your order number so they can try and assist you with getting the drone.

Nothing. I've reached out to UPS on several occasions for escalation, but I receive the same message that it's waiting for customs clearance.

I have called US Customs handling holds in Louisville 4 times and left voice messages requesting some kind of update on the status of this package.  No response.  Great customer service - NOT.

UPS called me for the same issue and told me that customs has up to 3 months to make a decision and there’s nothing they can do about it.

I have a similar issue on order 0011808695930.   Mini 4 fly more combo arrived in Louisville 1/1/25 and has been stuck in customs since. DJI says wait or they’ll refund. UPS says it’s out of their control. UPS tracking shows three import scans…whatever that means? Guess I’ll wait it out.
