Bonjour,

J'ai acheté un Dji mini 4 pro, en me connectant avec mon nouveau compte j'ai récupéré les anciennes données, donc 5 h de vol 33 km 70 vols etc...
J'aimerais réinitialiser pour revenir à 0.

Aussi lorsque je vais dans compte et appareil, il est encore associé à l'adresse mail de l'ancien propriétaire, comment je procède pour modifier tout cela ? est ce que j'ai besoin de tout réinitialiser ?

Also when I go to account and device, it is still associated with the email address of the previous owner, how do I go about changing all of this?

In a situation like this, we suggest you contact the seller for unbinding the previous account owner.
Then you can log in to your DJI account.
