hello  the ronin  r2 stuck in lcd firmware update  and after i try to update at 49%  got errordevice center _board (2) is not connected

what this  error and where  the center board 2 place ?

Thanks for your question.
Please follow the steps below to try:
1. If the original firmware is old, we recommend you update it to an intermediate firmware version, and then updates it to the latest firmware version.
2. Download the latest version of DJI Assistant 2 from the official website to update the device.
3. Use another USB cable and computer to update the device.
If still fails, please provide the DJI Assistant 2 error screenshot, DJI Assistant 2 log, and the time for updating.

i can't return to seller out egypt  i said all time i can't  and i tell i need only where  center board in message
