I ordered the Avata 2 and it was shipped by DHL. For SOME REASON, they DECIDED TO PUT ON HOLD OF MY ORDER and THEN DHL emailed me asking ME for information, which I have submit to verify like 2 things is social security and told me what inside of the box and what it for to VERIFY. After that I submit I contacted them WHY They’re decided to put my order on hold and asking for information. After all that, NOW I received an email saying they would return it to the shipper. I don’t understand why they put MY ORDER on hold, I just want my AVATA 2, it’s been LIKE A WEEKS. DHL shipping has to be worse shipping company ever, they could’ve use UPS or USPS or whatever is it.
