Hello. When moving the Osmo Pocket 3 to look in the left and right direction and the gimbal follows, if I do it fast I feel something in the gimbal, maybe like a vibration or some gears. It happens when moving the gimbal very fast, when moving slow I don't feel it. And there is no sound of this problem. Is it normal? Thanks.

Could you please take a video showing the Pocket 3 issue?

Hope sending the video using Imgur is okay. Now I can barely feel it, a little bit earlier I tried again and felt it a tad bit harder. I tried calibrating

Hi, there
Thanks for your information.
We suggest you update the Pocket 3 to latest firmware via DJI Mimo App and try to calibrate it.
Please keep us updated after trying, thanks

Hello, I did that and still same results. I noticed I can also feel it when moving the camera back and forth to selfie mode. As I said, it is very very subtle. Can you please check and tell me if it also happens to the Osmo P3 you have available? Just wondering if it is normal

Hello grimdina1,

Thank you for sharing the video and providing details about the issue you're experiencing with your Osmo Pocket 3. You mentioned a sensation in the gimbal when moving it quickly to the left or right. We recommend trying the following settings:
Gimbal Follow Mode settings: Gimbal Follow/Default Stabilization
Gimbal follow speed settings suggestions: Sensitive follow / sensitive gimbal /Gimbal turning speed: default, fast

You may also refer to the user manual for more information:

Thank you for your cooperation.
