As stated in the initial posting the RC Pro firmware was updated to the latest firmware using the DJI Assistant 2. "After unsuccessfully attempting normal troubleshooting actions like rebooting, resetting wi-fi, factory reset and updating to the latest firmware via DJI Assistant 2, the issue is not resolved and the wifi will not stay on when attempting to turn on."
Please provide details on how to return for repair. I ordered the DJI RC Pro on Amazon.com May 9, 2022. See attachments. I am now retired and a living in the Philippines which is where I would ship/receive parcels.
