DJI RC PRO wifi will not turn on

I have the DJI RC Pro that I've been using with my Air 2S for several years now.  Recently I tried to log in and was unsuccessful.  The error told me there was no network.  When I tried to connect I saw the wifi was off.  When I tried to turn on the wifi the wifi button quickly turned itself off.  The Devices option shows Wi-Fi MAC address "Unavailable" which to me indicated a hardware failure of the wifi card.  The Bluetooth MAC address is showing.  After unsuccessfully attempting normal troubleshooting actions like rebooting, resetting wi-fi, factory reset and updating to the latest firmware via DJI Assistant 2, the issue is not resolved and the wifi will not stay on when attemping to turn on.  I've seen this issue with other DJI Smart Controller owners but after reaching out to DJI they were unsuccessful in resolving the issue.  Hoping for assistance with this issue.

Please connect to 2.4 GHz network for adaptability.
If the connection still fails after switching to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, please Change the router’s IP network port as follows:
1. Open the browser. Input 192.168.50.1.
2. Input the router’s login user name and password.
3. Click “LAN”.
4. Modify the IP network segment of internal network and avoid 192.168.50.x. For instance, use 192.168.6.1.
5. Click “Apply” and wait until the settings are finished.
6. Input 192.168.6.1 in the browser address and login with the router.
7. Check “LAN”.
8. Connect the RC Pro to the network.

Thanks for your reply but as the wifi button will not stay on as I explained there is no way to connect to the 2.4 GHz network or any network.

Hi there. We recommend that you update the RC PRO firmware once using the DJI Assistant 2 software. If it is already the latest firmware, refresh it once.
If the wifi still cannot be turned on after the operation is completed, we recommend that you send it to us for repair.

Please provide details on how to return for repair.  I ordered the DJI RC Pro on Amazon.com May 9, 2022.  See attachments.  I am now retired and a living in the Philippines which is where I would ship/receive parcels.
