I have a DJI Neo Combo with RCN2 remote. And I bought the RC2 remote. When trying to fly my DJI Neo, I entered several stages of the account in order to use the RC2 remote. But accidentally I pressed the menu button flyaway aircraft, so my DJI neo could not fly and a notification appeared on the remote screen is current aircraft has been designated a flyaway aircraft unable to take off due to safety risks. contact dji support for more information. What is the solution so that I can fly my DJI Neo again, because my plane is actually not lost and only pressed the wrong menu. username and password for the DJI is still there.

for proof of purchase I have an invoice (pdf file) of online purchase and a complete box of DJI Neo with sticker containing S/N. where can I send the proof evidence? because I can't send pictures or files into this forum. Thank you
