Hi. Can you help. I just got a dji 4k, my phone isnt compatible. I am disabled I have neurological problems so buying a new phone is my biggest nightmare. Im also a granny. Can anyone suggest what compatible phone *midrange* i can buy in the uk.

We understand the importance of capturing memories with your grandson, unfortunately, the DJI Mini 4K can only be used with the DJI Fly app. You can download the latest version of the DJI Fly app from the DJI Mini 4K Downloads page on the DJI official website here: https://www.dji.com/uk/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly

To get started, connect your mobile device (which should be connected to the internet) with the remote controller, and then connect to the DJI Mini 4K via the DJI Fly app. Follow the instructions in the app to activate the aircraft.
