Hi there, thank you for bringing this to our attention and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with pairing your DJI Neo and RC-N3. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
1. Ensure that you are triggering the aircraft's linking process correctly (Press and hold the power button of the aircraft for more than four seconds. The aircraft beeps once, and its battery level LEDs blink in sequence to indicate it is ready to link. The remote controller will beep twice to indicate linking is successful)
2. Try removing and reinserting the battery, then restart the aircraft. This can help resolve any issues caused by a poor connection.
3. If you have multiple batteries, try using a different one to see if the issue persists. If only one battery fails to trigger the linking state, it may need to be sent back for testing. If all batteries have the same issue, or if you don't have extra batteries, it may be necessary to send back the aircraft and battery for further testing
