Anyone else had issues getting payments to go through for care refresh claim? I am trying to return a drone under this plan but it wont authorise card payments. I have contacted my bank who advised the issue is with DJI as they hadnt even attempted to verify.
I have contacetd DJI through live chat but keep going round in circles with no resolution. My warranty period expires in the next few days so trying to get it sorted ASAP!
Does anyone know how to contact DJI directly?
