Yesterday, my DJI Neo drone experienced an unexpected ESC error just 2-3 minutes after takeoff, at an altitude of approximately 5 meters. Following this, the gimbal ceased functioning, but there appears to be no visible damage to the body or propellers. I contacted DJI customer service, and they advised me to send the drone to their Hong Kong service center via my local authorized dealer. My drone is still under warranty until December 2025. I am concerned about potential repair costs and would appreciate any insights into whether repairs in Hong Kong could be expensive. Could you advise on what to expect regarding warranty coverage and any possible charges that may arise during the repair process? Very nervous situation for me. |
