I recently purchased a dji mini4 pro on 2 Jan,2025. I purchased a combo pack with 3 flight battries. When i inserted the battries one of the battrey showed as Non DJI battrey.

Can someone help what to do?

To address your concern, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the DJI Fly App.
2. Make sure the drone and remote controller firmware are the latest version. 
3. Remove the battery and reinsert it, ensuring that it clicks into place. Reboot the drone, re-link it with the remote controller, and check if the error persists.

If the issue persists, please provide the serial number (SN) or a picture of the serial number on the battery via DM so we can investigate this further.

Hello there, we recommend that you click “check for update” in the first picture of RC 2 to update the firmware directly.

Hi, there
We suggest you update the RC 2 via the DJI Assistant 2.
1. Connect your smart controller to a PC using a USB Type-C cable with the controller powered off.
2. Power on the remote controller.
3. Launch DJI Assistant 2, and log in using a DJI account.
4. Click the firmware update button on the left side.
5. Select and confirm the firmware version.
6. DJI Assistant 2 will download and update the firmware automatically.
7. The remote controller will restart after the update.

Thanks it's updated but it still shows non DJI battrey. I provided the serial number earlier.

Hi there, we just check the SN you sent and it shows that it is not DJI battery. Could you please kindly check if the SN is correct? SN: 7BVPMA7DA2002J. We will wait for your reply for further check.

I purshased it from Jumbo, Dubai. I purchased a combo pack of DJI mini 4 pro. I got three battrey's 2 of them are working fine but the third one with shared SN number has issues.
