Support has confirmed that the dongle is either the wrong one or defective. Returned it to Amazon and ordered new one directly from DJI.
Hopefully this is the fix. Dongle was on, did a reset with support, while dongle on bottom port is plugged in, hold Power 1000 button on, while in off, for 30 seconds. Dongle will light up, after 15 seconds turn off and turn on again.
Three iOS devices could not see DJI Bluetooth of network. |
