Has anyone successfully connected the Home app with the dongle on the 1000?
Mine keeps saying check network connection when signing into the app.
DJI support says that there is an issue with the iOS version, which should be fixed soon.

As mentioned on my reply to you on my thread and for anyone that reads this thread instead.

Reset your DJI password using the reset feature in the DJI Home app and type your new password in manually instead of copy/pasting or having a password manager autofill the credentials. The DJI Home app is buggy and doesn't play nicely with others.

I was not given a ticket number but would like to have it looked into.Power 1000 firmware is up to date. Light in dongle is lit and power 1000 shows a flashing Wi-Fi icon.
Tried three iOS devices, same result.

No worries about that! Could you please share a video recording showing the exact issue for us forward it to our engineering team to analyze the issue and provide you with an accurate solution?

Support has confirmed that the dongle is either the wrong one or defective. Returned it to Amazon and ordered new one directly from DJI.
Hopefully this is the fix. Dongle was on, did a reset with support, while dongle on bottom port is plugged in, hold Power 1000 button on, while in off, for 30 seconds. Dongle will light up, after 15 seconds turn off and turn on again.
Three iOS devices could not see DJI Bluetooth of network.
