On the east side of the Fajardo Peninsula, this small coastal park is surrounded by seafood restaurants overlooking Culebra. There isn't much of a beach here, but it is the starting point for several organized boat and kayak tours. Fishermen can be convinced to take people on a boat ride to nearby islands - check at the fishermen's cooperative.
Head to Las Croabas Recreational Park, a “low-intensity” park that offers outdoor gazebos to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. You can skate, bike, fly kites, picnic, hike and exercise. There are several trails and boardwalks, slides and swings for kids to play on, and more.
