My new DJI Mic 2 has extremely inconsistent charging behavior. When I try to charge all three components simultaneously using a wall charger, it often refuses to charge at all unless I repeatedly remove and reinsert them into the case. Even when it does begin charging, it frequently stops prematurely, long before the components are fully charged. It never completes a full charge in a single attempt.  
  When I plug in the charging case, all the lights illuminate white, even if the devices inside are almost completely discharged. Sometimes it begins charging spontaneously, but usually, I have to repeatedly disconnect and reconnect everything—the devices and the charging cable—to initiate charging, indicated by the blinking lights. However, after 5–10 minutes, charging stops, forcing me to repeat the entire disconnect/reconnect process. I typically have to do this anywhere from 5 to 10 times before the devices fully charge.  

  I've resorted to charging the components directly with USB cables, which negates the convenience of the charging case.  

Again, this is all new, I have tried multiple chargers and cables. Same results


Any help figuring this out would be much appreciated.
