It has an awkward way of access you can hit 1x 7 x 21x or you can go hunting for the variable zoom which I am too lazy to look for. I guess it's a feature that will be improved in the Mavic 4.

Magnificent shot Charles.    Not only do they have on all their PPE but are well bundled up against the weather also.  Despite the weather the work must go on.

Construction work is not easy but somebody has to do it.  I consider that to be a young man's job.

To perform construction work you need physical strength and stamina because of the need to lift heavy objects and work for extended periods in demanding conditions. It also requires good hand-eye coordination to operate power tools and machinery.  Yeah, definitely a young man's job.

Good core strength and balance is important to and tolerance for extreme heat and cold.
