SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH DJI NEO

Ten days ago I purchased a DJI Neo. After a week I suffered a fly away and lost it due to the well-known problem of sudden loss of GPS signal. Today I received a new Neo purchased three days ago. On the first flight with Googles 3 and Motion Controller 3 he lost the GPS signal again. Fortunately it was at low altitude and immediately crashed without suffering any damage. So it is clear that its use is too risky. Will DJI take measures to resolve this serious problem?

I can't see one coming up, it look like to me now they have stop all updates, Even prob me and other people told them months ago..

I was gifted a DJI Neo for my birthday mid-December (2024) only used it twice, and I'm having issues with the quick transfer. I have tried a full download of the file (only 3mins long) and a trimmed download and nothing happens. I have uninstalled the DJY fly app from my iPhone 16pro and reinstalled it and still the same issue occurs. Can anyone please help?

My neo, even with full GPS, smashed itself into the neighbors roof after I pulled it out of manual mode and into sport mode. It completely disobeyed any inputs I gave it, flew sidways and down at 30 miles per hour
