I bought a DJI NEO a couple months ago and for my bad surprise it got lost while I was trying to fly. I activated the flyaway service and hours later I was contacted for someone who found the drone and then gave it back to me. I connected the drone and unfortunately it keeps as “lost aircraft” so I’m not able to fly again. I opened an assistance ticket CAS-19802170-P4L7M2 CRM:0717000000084 [CAS-19802170-P4L7M2] asking for release the drone and the answer was.
“Sorry for the late replied.
In this case, it is recommended for you to send the drone for inspection.
As per checking, the warranty country is in Mainland China if you want to claim for warranty.
If you want to send to Brazil, it will be paid service.”
I won’t send my drone to China. I just want DJI to unlock the drone, so I can use it. |
