Hi there, thanks for bringing this to our attention. please try to troubleshoot as below: 1. Delete the two folders in the following paths, then restart the remote controller.
Path: The lower right corner of the home page of the remote controller - File Manager - Local - Local Storage - [encrypt]
Path: The lower right corner of the home page of the remote controller - File Manager - Local - Local Storage - [rm500]
2. If the above method does not work, please factory reset the remote controller and try again.
