Does any one have any idea why my Neo is not level?

It's not hovering level and when flying with the goggles it's obvious that it's not flying level.

It's not the gimbal, the drone is dipped to the right all the time?

Have you tested this indoors?    The gimbal doesn't correct for the lean so any wind/breeze and it will tilt to counter act it.
