I had a email from the service dept about my Phantom 2.  They assessed the damage and were going to send me a credit towards a new one.  That was almost 2 weeks ago.  Nothing since.  I was in touch with my dealer in Calgary he is also too busy to reply.  Crap

Shaun, I see that you have two tickets open.  Both were initiated by email.  I would suggest that you call DJI and start the RMA process.  Right now there are delays in responding to email service requests.  Sorry.

Thanks Ed but I have received an answer from DJI on my Phantom 2 and they said I would receive a portion of the cost for a new one, that is the last I have heard.  The initial RMA process went quickly.
Just waiting for the $$ to me or my dealer for a replacement.

They will offer you a discount on a new unit.  The P2 has been discontinued since January.

HI Ed:  I received an offer from DJI on 21 Sept 15, they said they would give me $489 towards a new Phantom 2 H3 3D.  So with this in mind when will they send the $ or at least contact my dealer?  And if they said towards a Phantom 2, I would think they would know if they are available or not?

So I called and talked to some guy at DJI he said he would look into it and get back to me.  3 days have gone by now and not a word.  I'm getting tire of the lack of service from dji
