I think he spent half the video talking about the prop guards like he was fixated on it for some reason. Felt like the video dragged on because of that.

I really think the flip is gonna turn out to be a flop.

Mhm, wydaje mi się również, że sama konstrukcja drona jest niestety bardzo podatna na podmuchy i silnie reaguje na nieco silniejsze wiatry.

Flip Flop?

I both drones have a Level 5 wind resistance rating, correct? So it must be the prop guards that are causing the issue. This is good to know and I appreciate the honest reviewers out there!

Prop guard definitely contribute to wind pushing it around more, that's always been the case with every ducted/prop-guarded drone. Feels a bit misleading from DJI to market it as having same wind resistance as Mini 4 Pro. Technically Flip seems to be able to bank harder against the wind so I guess that was supposed to hep it fight it, but it also has less motor power than the Mini 4 Pro so I guess the end result is it still not being as good. Tbh it seems to do great for what it is, I would have expected worse.

I know, but I have the 3 Pro and that is good enough for me.
The 4 did not give me enough to upgrade.
So I'm waiting for the 5 to see what that offers.

For me, 3 Pro to 4 Pro was a Huge upgrade as my major concern was the connection they fixed with O4

True.
That is a nice update, but I have to keep VLOS, so I don't get connection problems if I fly by the rules

The problem I find with the flip and the wind is the design and I'm not just talking about the protectors, but the drone itself. It's a box with 4 wheels, they didn't do anything aerodynamic, like the other minis, that's the big problem for me, it's like a spark with wheels. If they had kept the design of the mini 3 or 4 with those protections it would do better with the wind. I hope that Aliexpress says something like they have done for the abatar that you can put a kind of spoiler on it.
