Hi all, hoping for some explanation and, fingers crossed, fixes for a weird issue I've had with a whole cycling trip's worth of footage from the DJI Action Cam 3. Posted this issue before but didn't get any apropriate response. I went on a trip this summer and used the action cam 3 to document it, however looking at the footage I discovered the audio starts out fine and then starts to jump before entirely cutting out. This is on all clips. I'm not sure what the problem could be and fear the audio from the footage is all useless. I have attached an exmaple. It plays exactly the same on all editing software and playback software and I have tried adjusting the sample rate of the audio and this doesnt change anything.

Any advice is very much welcome,

Thanks!

Hi there, thnak you for reaching out.  Currently, the DJI engineers have determined the cause for this issue, which is expected to be resolved by updating the app version. Please rest assured. Currently, we recommend not simultaneously setting the resolution and shutter speed to 30 fps and 1/30 s, 24 fps and 1/24 s, or 50 fps and 1/50 s, or 60 fps and 1/60 s. If you need to record long exposure photos/videos, please set the resolution to 24 fps and the shutter speed to 1/25 s.

If the issue still persist, kindly share us the following details for us to forwrad it to our engineering team for further invetsigation :
1) Original video with the issue (original footage exported from the microSD card)
2) Camera firmware version number
3) Photo showing the front of the microSD card used or the model of the microSD card

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Updating the app did not change anything.

1. The SD card has since been wiped so all I have is the downloaded videos (downloaded from MIMO app to my Iphone. Video attached to original post is an example of what happens in every video.
2. Firmware Version 01.03.10.30
3.Photo of SD Card attached.
