Yeah, I'm back!
Sorry to all of the people I offended with my last post.
I don't know why I had to write that, I just mindlessly write up nonsensical crazy stuff.
But anyway, today was a crazy day! I flew my drone for 47 minutes down at a local park, 47 minutes seems like a long time, but when I'm zooming around in sports mode, it doesn't take much to kill the batteries.
Tip for professional pilots: when you are trying to fly under a low bridge with a river underneath it, and like 2 ft clearance from the water to the bridge, make sure your obstacle avoidance system is off.
Bridges are hard to go under, today I tried it, but thinking: why risk losing my drone, I didn't dare try going under the bridge,
I'm still learning the ropes of flying a DJI drone, what to do with a drone, and what not to do with a drone.
I try to fly my drone every day, but there are some fears I have about flying my drone.
1. The batteries are going to stop working, or the batteries will come to eol, ( end of life),
2. The drones going to fail, and start misbehaving
I can tell you, that is ever pilots worst nightmare.
3. The remote is going to come to eol. man when that happens, I'll just be so done!
There's a lot of other fears that I have.
A couple of days ago, I went up to the mountain to film some mountain shots, and my drone was at 50 percent when I took off, I came back with 15 percent, most scariest flight with my drone I've ever taken, it almost forced landed in the middle of the highway, if that had happened, my drone would have gotten ran the heck over!
Here's a question I'd liked answered, why do DJI drones act up? on YouTube, I've seen other peoples drones fall out of the sky, at some point DJI drones fail, and it's just a matter of where the drone fails, if it's over a lake that's deep, ya ain't getting that back.
I hope everyone is doing well, and I hope everyone that has a DJI drone knows what I'm talking about.
I hope everyone had a good day, the reason I'm writing this to you all is because I like to tell people about my drone.
In a few weeks here I will post some more stuff, I'm not posting photos, nope,
If I can learn the secrets of a professional Aerial photographey, that'd be super awesome, it would be nice if I could get some tips from the real professionals
Cuz right now, all I like doing is flying slow and fast, and yes I do know about the gain and expo tuning setting on the DJI RC 2, and yes I Know how to slow down the drone through control inputs.
Right now I'm not typing in caps, cuz I don't want to be sounding like I'm yelling at anyone on this forum.
I Know I write long paragraphs, but that's telling you I like talking about my drone a lot.
DJI is always pushing the boundaries of what is possible, so I hope DJI keeps going, if DJI can make the best drone technology, they are certainly capable of helping drone flyers achieve their goals,
I tried to reach out to DJI to ask them if i could test out some of Thier products,
But no, they emailed me saying they couldn't grant that wish.
I'm a guy that owns the DJI Air 3, and I have the RC 2 remote, gotta be honest, the remote is the coolest thing ever!
There are secret features, and its very responsive to
tap inputs.
The only frustrating part is that it has no app store, and nowhere to install apps. But that's ok, it just would be a nice feature.
Tip for beginner drone pilots, get the DJI RC 2 wireless remote, it's super nice, it's super light, and it's super handy to have.
I hope you guys enjoy your morning/night, or whatever time of day or night it may be, anyway...
Goodnight,
I will post some more stuff in the morning,
I hope all of you guys find this handy, and totally not think I'm an idiot for writing this, this is as respectful as I can be.
I'm asking for advice, not demanding advice like a total crazy bezerk idiot.
I shall wait to see everyones responses.
The elite drone pilot...
Out!!
