Hi all,

I’m currently on a shoot abroad with my ronin 4D, which is brand spanking new. After swapping to my e-mount the camera all of a sudden showed an error saying ‘forward infrared sensor connection error’. The Lidar has completely stopped working. When re-plugging the cable it starts to spin the fans, but shortly after they stop and show that error.

I’ve tried to go back to the DL-Mount which didn’t change things. I’ve restarted multiple times and taken out the battery.

Need the camera for a shoot starting tomorrow, any help would be highly appreciated.
